About Us
The West Coast Black Administrative Caucus, also known as WCBAC, comprises the North Pacific and Pacific Union conference's Black Ministries departments. This collaborative network enhances the quality of worship, service to our communities, and the efficiency of operating churches, schools, and ministries. The WCBAC has an administrative board and subcommittees comprised of union and conference workers, career professionals, educators, entrepreneurs, and others, all dedicated to edifying the church and building the kingdom of Christ.
The West Coast Black Administrators Caucus has been in existence for more than 40 years. It was organized under the leadership of Elders Byron Dulan and the late Earl Canson, Sr., with the vision to strengthen evangelism, outreach, and sustainability of Kingdom building among the Afro-centric congregations and communities in the western United States. In the past several years, the mission has a more definitive focus of social justice, consciousness and social change in order to meet the felt needs of the communities we serve.
